Our Lagrein Passito is named after our son Paul, and like him, this wine is bold and full of energy, boasting a lively and slightly rambunctious character. To create this sweet dessert wine, we allow the grapes to dry in the barn after they are harvested from our vineyard in Andrian. After fermentation is complete, the wine is pressed off and aged for 18 months in wood barrels.
